The rules for using adstudio: your content, the ads we make for you, payments and fair use.

Draft: needs lawyer review. This page explains how RhythmAds works today in plain words; it is not yet the final legal text.
What RhythmAds does
RhythmAds turns a product page you give us into video ads. You approve a storyboard before any video is made, and you approve the finished ad before you download it.
Your content
Only submit product pages, photos, logos and footage you own or have permission to use.
You keep the rights to your content. We use it only to make and improve your ads.
The ads we make
Finished ads you have paid for are yours to run. Every ad is made with AI and carries an AI label and AI metadata; please keep them (see the AI disclosure).
You are responsible for the claims in ads you run. We flag risky claims (health, money, guarantees, before-and-after) and block some, but that is not legal advice.
Plans, payments and cancelling
Plans renew monthly or yearly until you cancel, which you can do from Billing at any time. Finished ads are counted when a render starts; if a render fails, you get it back.
Fair use and what's not allowed
Storyboards and edits are free within fair-use limits shown in the app. Don't use RhythmAds for weapons, adult content, political ads, impersonation, fake reviews or anything illegal. We may suspend accounts that do.
