Video ads for fitness equipment and activewear
Fitness gear sells on how it moves: the band stretching, the bench folding away, the leggings in a squat. A UGC motion ad gives it three 3-second generated clips after the presenter hook, which suits a band stretching or a bench folding. It's on paid plans.

Formats that suit fitness equipment and activewear
- UGC motion adsA presenter hook, then short clips of the gear in motion, like a band stretching or a shaker bottle. Paid plans.
- Listicle ads"3 moves with one band" gives each exercise its own scene.

- Unboxing and showcase adsFabric, stitching and fit up close for activewear drops, straight from your photos.
What works for fitness equipment and activewear ads
- Movement. A resistance band or a folding bench makes sense in two seconds of use and none in a still photo.
- The details buyers compare, like weight, folded size and fabric, as your page states them.
- Space at home: fits under a bed, sets up in a small apartment, hangs on a door.
Example hooks

- “3 moves with one resistance band”
- “A home gym that slides under the bed”
- “Shake, pour, no clumps”
- “The leggings, in a deep squat”

Keep it honest
Keep it to the product and the workout. Meta limits ads for weight-loss products to people 18 and over, and doesn't allow ads that attack how someone looks. It says general fitness products aren't age-restricted, so sell the gear.

Questions
- Can I make a before-after ad for fitness gear?
- Not about bodies. Our before-after format is built for everyday changes, and Meta restricts body-transformation ads. A cluttered spare room before and a tidy home gym after is a fair use of it.
- Can the ad show someone working out?
- In a UGC motion ad, yes: short AI-generated clips with one simple action each, like lifting a kettlebell. Check the form and the product look right in the draft, because generated clips can get details wrong. Other formats use your own product photos.
- Does it work for activewear drops?
- Yes. A showcase ad from your product photos is the quickest format to make, so you can have one ready the day a new color lands.
