AI disclosure
How we use AI to make your ads, how they are labelled, and the rules we follow on people, voices and claims.

Draft: needs lawyer review. This page explains how RhythmAds works today in plain words; it is not yet the final legal text.
How your ads are made
AI writes the ideas and script, draws the storyboard, animates some scenes and records the voiceover. Most scenes are motion graphics over your own product photos.
Labels
Every exported ad carries metadata saying it is AI-generated, and a visible "AI-generated" label. Free drafts also carry a watermark.
People and voices
We only use stock AI presenters and voices we are licensed to use commercially, or a real person's likeness or voice with their signed, unexpired consent. AI presenters are always disclosed on screen and never presented as real customers.
Reviews and claims
We never generate fake customer reviews presented as real. Health, money, guarantee and before-and-after claims are flagged so you can change them before an ad is made.
