# The best AI video ad generators for Meta ads

If you sell online and want finished Meta video ads without filming, start with a tool that reads your product page and hands back a complete ad. Creatify goes furthest past making the ad, into analyzing and scaling it, RhythmAds (ours) shows you the full storyboard free, before you sign up, and Predis.ai suits you if you also post a lot of organic content.

We make RhythmAds, which is on this list. We say where it falls short like every other pick.

## How we judged

- **Starts from your product link**: Most store owners have a product page and some photos, not a script or footage. A tool that reads the page saves the hardest part: deciding what the ad says.
- **A finished ad, not raw clips**: A 5-second AI clip is not an ad. You need a hook, the product, a reason to buy, captions, music and a call to action in one file you can upload to Ads Manager.
- **You can see it before you pay**: You should know what your ad will look like, scene by scene, before you hand over a card. A free trial helps; seeing your own product's ad helps more. Trials and free plans count too.
- **Built around Meta**: Facebook and Instagram want 9:16 and 4:5 video, captions people can read with the sound off, and a quick hook. Tools that also read your Meta results can tell you which ad to make next.

## The picks

### 1. Creatify

Best for: Brands that run ads on Meta and Google and want one AI tool to make the ads and analyze how they do.

It meets the first two criteria head on: Creatify says it makes video ads for your products from any URL. It also goes past making ads, with an Ad Agent it says analyzes and scales them, and its demo shows Meta and Google Ads connected. It sits first because it covers making the ad and reading results, both from its own homepage claims.

Where it falls short: Its homepage leads with the agent that creates, analyzes and scales, so it is built for teams who want to hand over a lot of the ad process. We didn't read its pricing for this page, so check what a finished ad costs on your plan before you commit.

### 2. RhythmAds (ours)

Best for: Store owners who sell on Meta and want to read the whole ad, scene by scene, before paying for anything.

We make it. You paste a product page link, get three ad ideas in different formats, and a full storyboard with every scene's script, free and before sign-up. Nothing is rendered as a final until you approve it. Ads run 13 to 19 seconds, come in 9:16, 4:5, 1:1 and 16:9 with captions, music and your logo, and a Meta ad account connection reads each ad's results.

Where it falls short: It is new and we publish no performance numbers yet. It makes ads for Meta only, with no TikTok or YouTube publishing. It works from your product page and photos, so it won't edit long footage you shot yourself. Every ad follows one of nine fixed formats, which is less freedom than a blank canvas. Paid plans start at $19 a month billed yearly, for 2 finished ads a month; there's no free finished ad.

### 3. Predis.ai

Best for: Small teams that post across several social channels and want ads, carousels and posts from one place.

Predis.ai starts from a product link, a text prompt or an image, and says it makes finished creatives in minutes. It covers video ads, UGC ads, image ads, carousels and social posts, and it tracks your ads next to competitors' ads with Scale, Hold or Cut suggestions. There's a 3-day free trial.

Where it falls short: It spreads across many channels and content types, so it is less focused on Meta video ads than the two above. A 3-day trial is short to judge ad quality on your own product.

### 4. AdCreative.ai

Best for: Teams that need lots of static banners as well as some video, across many ad channels.

You enter your website and it makes ad banners, ad texts, product photoshoots and videos. If most of your spend still goes on image ads and you want video alongside, one tool for both is handy. It offers a 7-day free trial.

Where it falls short: Video is one output among several; its homepage leads with banners and copy. If you only want Meta video ads, a tool built just for that will give you more control over the scenes.

### 5. Zeely

Best for: Small sellers who want to make ads and also run their Meta campaigns from one app.

Zeely makes video ads, AI avatar ads, image ads and carousels, then runs the ads on Meta from inside the app and ranks them by spend, CTR, CPA and ROAS. That is strong on the Meta criterion.

Where it falls short: It starts from text or a product image rather than a product link, so you do more of the setup. If you already run campaigns in Ads Manager and like it, the campaign side adds little.

### 6. Topview

Best for: Creators and teams who want one AI tool for many kinds of video, ads included.

Topview can start from a product URL, as well as a text idea, a script or a reference video. Its outputs include UGC-style ads with AI presenters, product videos and avatars.

Where it falls short: It pitches itself as an agent for any video, from ads to short films, so the ad path is one of many. It ranks last here because it is the least focused on finished Meta ads of the six.

## When to skip all of these

Skip all of these if you already have good footage of the product in use: a phone video of a real customer, edited in a free app, often beats a generated ad. If your product needs to be held, worn or tasted to make sense, a human creator will show that better. And if you'd rather not touch ads at all, an agency costs more but does the thinking for you.

## Questions

### Can an AI video ad generator make the whole ad from a product link?

Several can. Creatify, Predis.ai, Topview and RhythmAds all say they start from a product URL. What differs is how finished the result is: some hand back clips you still assemble, others a complete ad with captions, music and a call to action.

### Why isn't RhythmAds first on a list RhythmAds wrote?

Because on these criteria Creatify does the same core job and also connects to Google Ads, which we don't. Our strongest point is that you see your full storyboard free before you sign up. Our weak point is that we're new and have no performance numbers to show you yet.

### Do AI generated video ads work on Facebook and Instagram?

They can, but no tool can promise results, and we don't publish any of ours yet. Test two or three ads with different hooks against each other and keep what wins. Our guide to Meta creative testing covers how.

### What should I check before paying for one?

Make one ad for your own product on the free tier or trial, and check four things: the hook in the first three seconds, whether the product name and claims are right, whether captions are readable with sound off, and what one finished ad costs on the plan you'd buy.
